Connecting to the service
The app receives train, coach and route information over HTTPS. The support website operates separately from the search service.
Security
Information needed to search
Stations, dates and search options are enough. Searching does not require your name, passport, bank card or RZD account.
Report a security issue
Email support@utickets.fyi with what happened and how to reproduce it. Leave out personal information, passwords and other secrets. Do not load-test the live service.
